Terms of Service

Commission TOS
All Commissions are for Personal Use only.
Commissions may not be resold as Merchandise, NFTs, commercial use, stickers, prints, keychains, used for logos, etc.
It is not allowed to use my work to train AI's, NFT's
Commercial use of my artwork must be discussed which may alter the prices or be declined.

Paypal is the only acceptable currency, and payment must be delivered by the time the sketch has been sent to the commissioner.

I do maintain the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time. It is not personal if this happens.

Reposting - The commissioner is allowed to repost the commission wherever they like as long as it is credited to me. I encourage it!
I have full permission to raise the commission for promotional use of my work. (If you want your commission to be private, let me know.)

Changing Commission - the commissioner can request a change in their commission or a different character if a sketch has not yet been sent. If a sketch is sent, they may request a change in appearence, expression, or edits/adjustments only.

Refunds will be issued if the commission has not been started. If the sketch is sent, partial refunds are available. Refunds will not be given fully once the sketch has been approved.

Delivery - If communicating via Discord or will be on the mail with drive, and sta.sh for the completed commission. Do not open anything not associated with these URLs.

Make sure you send some social network to communicate with you in sending the process of your commission! (Discord, twitter, instagram, TH, gmail, etc)

WIPs will be given throughout the commission, and progress will not be continued without client confirmation. I will just let it sit there forever. Edits or changes are encouraged to be asked for throughout this process pertaining to colors, missing details, and adjustments.

If the commission requires more than 5 changes (especially after the sketch) it will cost 10usd extra.
